Kantipur City College is affiliated to Purbanchal University and it is located at Putalisadak, Kathmandu. Bachelor of Information technology
BIT Degree at Kantipur City College is four years academic program that provides knowledge of IT fundamentals, programming, computer networks, system programming. This program come with apprenticeship program at industries , wealth of seminars, outside speakers with knowledge of IT , workshop with specialist, specialization areas like IT in banking, multimedia and application, marketing Management, Artificial Intelligence, state of art Computer centers and research Units with monitoring and evaluation. The BIT program is 241 credit hours of studies in four years eight semesters program at Kantipur City College.
Eligibility
Candidates must have completed intermediate certificate level with at least one paper in Mathematics from recognized board of Purbanchal University. They must have 45 percent marks and required to appear in entrance exam test conducted by Purbanchal University. Only shortlisted candidates from entrance exam result will be selected for admission in BIT program at KCC.
