SCOPE OF STUDY:
BIT is a four years academic program of Purbanchal University. It consists altogether of eight semesters. Core courses, Project works, research, electives and application based projects cover the curriculum of BIT program of Purbanchal University. The total academic program is 140 credit hours. Students soak the knowledge and skills of programming, system design, computer networks and communications from this program. This program is designed to meet the requirements of IT professionals in IT related fields such as Internet and Intranet Management, Database Administration, Web Administration, advertising, Information Management, Application development, Network Consultancy, Multimedia technology and even in distributed Applications development.
Students who want to join the BIT program of Purbanchal University have to successfully pass Plus 2 exams in Science, Management, humanities or equivalent degrees with forty five percent aggregate marks Evaluation will be based on grading system throughout every semesters.
