BIT Program at Birendra Multiple Campus
Bachelor in Information technology is a newly launched program of TU. This program is coordinated and run by very qualified and experienced academicians and professionals. It provides a sound learning environment in a large physical infrastructure where the education for technical training takes place. BIT program uses the classroom studies, project work, practical in computer labs, industrial visit and contact with IT experts and professionals to make the learning environment more meaningful at Birendra Multiple Campus.
Students are also provided scholarships based on their merit and performance in the entrance exam and Plus 2 scores. Students from financially weak backgrounds and army backgrounds also comply with this criteria.
This College is run by a team of academicians that are qualified and have high level of work experience in teaching profession with professional backgrounds who provide all the requirements of BIT program under the guiding principles of Institute of Science and Technology department of TU.
Career Opportunities
Graduating students of BIT program from TU have a wide range of knowledge about different components of Information technology. Upon completion of the program students can enter in the IT field as Software Engineer, Web Application developer, mobile application developer, senior database administrator, system analyst in public and private companies of Nepal and abroad.
